TXU Energy helps you beat the heat this summer.
For a decade, TXU Energy has joined forces with Texas community organizations to promote ways that customers can "Beat the Heat" during the summer. This statewide initiative is designed to promote awareness and conservation throughout the community, especially concerning senior citizens and children under the age of five, our most at-risk customers during the hot summer months.
This TXU Energy program is designed to educate consumers on energy conservation, heat safety, bill-payment assistance, deposit waivers, and summer protection against disconnects and cancellation fees.
